Dr. Sarabeth Berk Bickerton’s Speaker Reel

As you know, putting ideas into the world takes a lot of work, dedication and a tribe of support. Lately, I've been bringing More Than My Title to a wider range of people through public speaking events, workshops, and conferences.

Talking to large groups always amazes me because the resonance is palpable and immediate. Watching audience faces scrunch in wonder as I ask them, "Who are you besides your job title?" or nod in agreement as I share stories about the struggle of being a jack-of-all-trades, master of "question mark" is remarkable.

Afterwards, the mini conversations I get to have with attendees in the hallway, at the refreshments table or on my way to the elevator shows me the ideas I share about professional identity aren't just revelatory for the workforce, they're life changing. People walk away with permission to be themselves in their work and feel empowered on how to communicate their unique value more clearly than ever.

That's why I'm proud and pleased to announce my speaker reel is here! Watching this compilation come to life was a test of two professional identities I didn't know I had, those of director and storyboarder.

If you feel inspired, share this speaking reel with your friends or "like" the video on YouTube to show your support.

As my research evolves and takes me to new places, I believe more than ever that this message is at the cutting edge of a major reformation happening for professionals in all industries and stages of their careers.

Until we help people make sense of themselves and who they truly are in their work, they'll never feel seen, known, and valued to the degree they crave and deserve.

Thank you all for being advocates, ambassadors and champions of More Than My Title. I hope I get to speak with you in person some day soon.

My New Speaker Reel is LIVE
